Delivery Charges

For any further information regarding delivery charges please email sales@horsesandriders.co.uk or fill in the enquiry form.

Delivery charge for all of UK including Highlands and Islands   £4.95.

Delivery charge for Ireland   £15.00.

If the cost of shipping a particular item or items substantially exceeds our agreed rates, we will email you with the adjusted delivery charge. At this time you can cancel the order if you so wish.

 

 

Delivery charge for USA, Canada and Rest of World   £25.00  ( Airmail max wt 2Kg).

If any ordered item or items exceeds the maximum Airmail weight or size limit. We will email you with the adjusted delivery charge. At this time you can cancel the order if you so wish.

Terms and Conditions

 

Returns

 

If you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us via phone or email within 3 working days from receipt of the goods and return them to us unsoiled, unused, uncustomised and in the original packaging you will be entitled to an exchange or refund.

 

No returns will be accepted without prior arrangement. We will issue you a Returns Reference.

You will be required to arrange and pay for the return.

They should be well packed and clearly labelled enclosing your Returns Reference and sent back to:

It is your responsibility to obtain proof of shipping, as should a returned parcel become damaged or lost we do not compensate.

 

Your Account

 

When using the website, the security of your account details and passwords is your responsibility. You also agree to accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account and password.

 

If you believe this information has become known to someone else or that your account is being misused contact us immediately.

 

When registering your details ensure that the information you provide us with is complete and correct and that you advise us as soon as possible should this change or you wish your details removed.

 

Country Life Ltd reserves the right to edit or remove content, refuse access to the website or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, you will not be charged and you will be notified immediately.

 

Our Contract (Your Order)

 

The information we require from you when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you if we have a query.

 

When placing an order to purchase goods from horsesandriders.co.uk you will be sent an automatic email confirming receipt of the order.

 

A contract between you and Country Life Ltd will only take place once the order has been accepted, processed and items despatched, at which point your PayPal account or credit/debit card will be charged.

 

Pricing

 

All products offered for sale by horsesandriders.co.uk are priced in pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility.

 

The Prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may vary.

 

If the correct price is lower than that promoted we will always charge you the lower amount and send you the product. If the correct price is higher, we will contact you to advise you and request instructions before despatch. You may cancel the order at this time.

 

Prices displayed on the website may differ to prices displayed at our retail outlet.

 

Availability

 

We try to hold stocks of all listed products, however occasionally an item will be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability. We cannot be held responsible for supplier out-of-stock situations. Occasionally equivalent replacement items may be offered but you will be notified in this case.

 

Payment

 

We only accept online payments via PayPal which enables us to accept credit and debit cards, and PayPal accounts. All transactions are shown in Pounds Sterling.

 

DO NOT email your card details. No responsibility can be taken for security if you provide your details in this way. Card fraud is illegal and we always prosecute.

 

 

Customs

 

Goods ordered from horsesandriders.co.uk for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, these will be levied once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges for customs must be paid by you, we have no control over these and do not know what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs officer for full details and regulations.

Due to the Health and Safety regulations and the hygiene problems involved with the inspection of Clothing, Footwear and Horse Clothing, it is regretted that we are unable to handle and inspect any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974). None of our suppliers will accept dirty items for return.

Every care has been taken to ensure descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct, but we reserve the right to affect changes and these will be notified to you at the time of ordering.
